80g Banana
1 medium egg
20g Porridge oats
Pinch of salt
Vanilla powder or essence
125g Fage Total 0% Fat Greek yogurt
17g Chia seeds
12g Sunflower seeds
First, mix the yoghurt with the chia seeds and sunflower seeds. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes (or overnight).
Next, mash the banana with the egg, porridge oats, salt and vanilla.
Spoon the mixture into a hot waffle maker (lightly spray with oil if needed) and cook until golden and crisp on both sides. Cooking time will vary depending on your machine.
Serve the waffle topped with the chilled yoghurt and chia mixture.
